1000-Lb Sisters star, Tammy Slaton, stunned fans when she shared a new bathing suit photo that showed off her 300 pound weight loss.
The reality star posed for a pic alongside paranormal investigator, Haley Michelle, 30, after the pair revealed that a joint project was in the works. Haley, who boasts a whopping 2.5 million followers on TikTok, shared the pic of the psychic medium posing happily next to Tammy on a ledge of an indoor pool.
Tammy rocked a blue, short-sleeved, skirted swimsuit with a mermaid scale pattern for the cute photo. Tammy, who stars in “1000-Lb Sisters” alongside her sister, Amy, had seemingly gone for a swim, as her red hair was damp when the photo was captured.
The influencer shared the photo on Instagram and cheered Tammy on in the caption, writing—”Proud of you [heart] #tammyslatonweightloss.”
Fans took to the post’s comment section with words of praise and support for Tammy’s weight loss achievement.

Tammy tipped the scales at 700 pounds when she checked into an Ohio weight loss rehab clinic, in 2022. Tammy underwent gastric bypass surgery almost a year later. She has remained committed to her weight loss goals since exiting the facility, about a year ago.
Tammy weighed in at 448 pounds in August 2023, as revealed in court documents obtained by the U.S. Sun. The reality star weighed roughly 300 pounds, in February 2024.
A source close to the TLC personality recently claimed that her pal was determined to stick with her new healthy lifestyle. The insider added that Tammy had not suffered any relapses.
Tammy is purportedly getting in shape to prepare for new opportunities in the spotlight. Earlier this year, the reality star was given permission to seek new deals with outside agencies, per her renewed contract with TLC. Her previous deal strictly prohibited the star from bringing in cash from outside the show.
Tammy, who is reportedly in talks with various agencies, has her sights set on plus-sized modeling and growing her brand.
“Tammy wants to represent people in her community who have been through what she has been through,” a source explained.
